Shae’Quan is an Automotive Engineering major at H. Lavity Stoutt Community College. Recognising the benefits of making connections and receiving experience in his field through internships, Shae’Quan enrolled in the Technical Programme Internship and has been partnered with Tortola Auto Group – TAG.

The internship allowed Shae’ Quan to spend 6 weeks at the business where he has rotated his duties – working on servicing vehicles, tyre rotations, test and change battery and minor engine repairs.

The Technical Studies programme internship was introduced in February 2024. The internship provides students majoring in the Technical Studies Programme with 50 hours integration of academic study with practical work experiences and training on the job.
